GENERAL

What methods of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept the classics – cash, card, and Zelle. For those who like to keep it cool, Venmo and PayPal are also on the squad, optional or as a last resort.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Absolutely! While we totally support you indulging in some 'me time,' if you need a sidekick, bring 'em along! As long as they're well-behaved, they're more than welcome to join the hair party.

Do you provide services for kids' hair?

Oh, absolutely! We start making our little clients look fab from as young as 2. If your kiddo is younger and can rock a styling session, we've got you covered. Just a heads up – payment is still the VIP even if they're not sitting for the full show.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life can be a rollercoaster, and we get it! For reschedules, just hit us up with a heads-up 48 hours before the ride begins. Rescheduled appointments get a 30-day VIP pass for the same deposit. Cancellations forfeit deposits, and if it's within the 48-hour countdown, a 50% service charge does a cameo.

Are your prices the same for adults and kids?

We've got a special treat for our mini VIPs – most services are $10 off! Because let's be real, our little ones take just as much glam time, if not more.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

Traffic can be wild, especially if you're taking the scenic route on the Parkway! We roll out a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, we'll need to charge a $15 late fee. After 20 minutes, it might be time for a reschedule – but we'll make it fab!

How does tipping work? What is a normal tip amount?

Tips are like the sprinkles on a cupcake – never expected but always appreciated! Our prices don't include tips, and it's totally your call. If you're feeling the magic, the standard is 15–20% of your total service fee. Tipping is like a hair hug – optional but oh-so-sweet!

What if I don’t like my style?

Uh-oh, not vibing with the style? No worries! Let us know before you strut out or within 24 hours, and we'll hit the redo button or switch up the style. No refunds, but we're all about making you happy!

APPOINTMENTS

Do you provide hair for your weave services?

Absolutely! We've got you covered with hair options. You can either choose to bring your own hair for a personal touch, or let us take care of it. If you want us to provide the hair, shoot us a message to check what's in stock. If you're planning ahead, give us a heads up at least 14 days before your appointment, and we'll make sure we have the perfect strands ready for you.

Can I wash my hair before my appointment?

Oh, the shampoo experience is the cherry on top! We're all about that relaxing shampoo vibe, and it's included with all our services. While you can wash your hair beforehand, we recommend letting us treat you to our fantastic shampoo session – it's the best part!

How should I come for my appointment?

We keep it simple – just arrive with your hair properly detangled, knot-free, and ready to soak in the goodness of our shampoo magic. To ensure you get the most out of your experience if you're unsure about detangling or feel like your hair needs some extra love, you can add on the detangle service to any appointment. We've got your back (and your strands)!

Do you provide à la carte services?

Absolutely! We offer a luxury shampoo service that's perfect for those needing a hair reset or prep without a specific style. All our other services are comprehensive and include everything your hair needs for optimal health, taking the guesswork out of the equation.

Do you offer Braids?

While we've retired from traditional braids due to health reasons, we still offer braid classes. Check out our service list for crochet braids and large feed-in braids

Can I create my own package?

Certainly! If you don't see the service or package you're looking for, give us a call or shoot us a text. We're here to tailor the perfect package just for you.

What happens if a service in a pre-made package is not needed or wanted? Does the cost change?

While we believe everyone can benefit from a steam treatment, unfortunately, the cost remains the same if you choose to opt out. We encourage you to take advantage of the treatments – your hair will thank you!

I am a new client, how do I know what services are right for me?

For new clients, consultations are key to determining the perfect styles or services for your hair. The New Client Healthy Hair package is an excellent starting point to kick off your haircare journey.

Do you only provide services for natural hair?

Nope! I'm an all-around healthy hair stylist, ready to cater to any hair state or texture.

Do you offer relaxers?

Absolutely! Relaxers are still a thing. If natural hair isn't your vibe, relaxers can still be a healthy choice – just be sure to keep up with treatments.

What is Olaplex?

Olaplex is a superhero in repairing and strengthening damaged hair. It's the go-to for those undergoing color transformations or with chemically treated hair.

What is Keratin? How do I know if I’m a good client for this service?

Keratin treatments are fantastic for managing frizz and achieving smooth, manageable hair. Send us a picture of your hair, and we'll give you a call. Most likely, you're the perfect candidate unless your hair needs some repair first.

What are micro links, and how do I know if I’m a good client for them?

Microlinks are an extension method using silicone microbeads or microtubes. They allow all your hair to breathe and be exposed. Schedule a consultation, and let's discuss which installation method is right for you. We'll find the perfect fit for your fabulous locks!

HOME CARE

If I am not coming to you every 2 weeks, how often should I wash and condition my hair at home?

We love our regulars, but we get it – life happens! Ideally, we recommend a hair care regimen every 2-3 weeks, or even once a month for some of our clients. However, we understand that not everyone can swing that schedule. For at-home care, we suggest washing your hair every 2 weeks and treating it to a luxurious deep conditioner session. Keep the heat to a minimum, and we can chat about the perfect products for your hair when you're in for your appointment or consultation. Check out our suggested products [here].

What hair tools should I have at home?

Every fabulous individual should have a wide-tooth comb for pain-free detangling and a detangling brush for extra finesse. An overhead dryer is a game-changer, especially for those deep conditioning moments. For styling at home, I recommend this flat iron paired with a trusty heat protectant and this blow dryer. CLASSES

How often do you offer classes?

We're all about spreading the knowledge! Classes are on the menu regularly, with multiple sessions each month. If you're looking for a more personalized touch, we've got 1 on 1 classes available at your convenience. Check out the schedule [here].

Do you offer private party classes or one-on-one classes?

Absolutely! We believe learning should be a celebration. Private party classes and 1 on 1 sessions are in the mix. We even offer group rates for those private hair-learning fiestas. Tailored-to-you braiding classes? You got it!

How old do you have to be to take classes?

Age is just a number in our world. Whether you're 8 or 80, you're welcome to join the class. I personally started braiding at 8, so trust me – you're never too young or old to learn a fabulous technique!

Can I bring my child to the hair class and practice on them instead of a doll?

Absolutely! We love the idea of a live model. Bring your mini-me and make it a fun, bonding experience.

Do you only offer braiding classes?

We're spicing things up! While braids, twists, and locs are currently on the class menu, we're adding Microlink, silk press, and business classes to the mix soon. Stay tuned for more fabulous learning opportunities!

When will my order Ship?

Please allow 3-4 days for your order to be processed. As soon as order is shipped you will receive an email with the updated tracking information.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 7-14 days for shipping. Wepromise it is on the way once you receive your tracking information via email.

What is your Exchange Policy?

We do not offer any exchanges for any reason.

When will I receive my Refund?

All sales are final.

All refunds are done on a case to case basis and solely based on the owners discretion.

We do not offer refunds on hair tools for sanitary reasons. All orders are final sale. If product is received damaged please email evidence to yelenastylz@gmail.com. 

Due to the nature of the hair extensions we do not offer returns on any extensions so please read descriptions and choose the desired length and curl pattern when booking.
